1. Replace any broken tiles.
2. Rebed ridges, hips and barges if necessary.
3. Repoint ridges, hips and barges in Ridgebond Flexible Pointing.
4. Supply and fit valley tie down clips and valley seal.
5. Apply 1 coat of Roofing Sealer which is absorbed directly into the tiles.
6. Apply 2 coats of Top Coat in your choice of colour to seal, protect and enhance your roof for the perfect finish.
7. Supply and fit Whirly-bird Roof Ventilators.
